摘    要:北京市东城区奥士凯所属云龙旅游饭店公司在"创建学习型企业,争当知识型职工"活动中,建立了一整套规章制度和考核体系,保证了员工学习经常化、培训制度化、管理规范化,造就了一批有觉悟、有知识、懂技术、会管理的高素质员工,促进了企业的可持续发展.

Abstract:Yunlong company establishes and perfects the rules and regulations and the assessment system, and ensures the regular study schedule, the procedural training and the normal management system for workers. In the activity named "establishing learning organization and striving for learning workers", the company brings up large numbers of conscious, knowledgeable advanced-quality workers, who are experienced in skill and management, and improves the sustainable development of itself.
