浅谈我国宪法监督制度

宪法权威和尊严的维护离不开宪法监督。我国已经建立起具有中国特色的宪法监督制度 ,对保障宪法实施 ,维护宪法权威产生着重要的作用。但在实践中 ,其作用还未得到充分发挥。完善我国宪法监督制度 ,当务之急是完善宪法监督机构 ,加强宪法监督立法建设

On the Supervisory System of Constitution of Our Country

Maintaining the authority and dignity must rely on the supervision of constitution. Our country has already set up the supervisory system of constitution with distinct Chinese characteristics, which ensures constitutions to be implemented. It produces important function to maintain the authority of constitutions. But in practice, its function has not been given full play to yet. Perfecting the supervisory system of constitution of our country, the task of top priority is to perfect the supervisory organ of constitutions, strengthen the supervision legislative construction of constitution.
