| 摘 要： | 建国初,新生的人民政权。要求党必须充分发挥对社会各种利益的整合功能,正确处理好党群关系、党内关系、党和民主党派的关系、党法关系、党政关系、党际关系,最大限度地整合不同利益群体,保持社会的稳定,形成强大的向心力和凝聚力。根据当时的情况,毛泽东对以上问题进行了有意义的实践和探索。
