破案招标作为一项新的破案机制,虽然在实践中存在一些不健全的问题,但是其遵循了认识论的客观规律,并没有导致行政权力的异化,而且节约了司法和行政资源,在实践中提高了破案效率。因此,应继续不断完善破案招标机制,完成侦查机关的主要任务--破案。
