| 摘 要： | 加入WTO,中国的有关立法和行政管理将受到WTO法则的约束,国内的立法和执法必须与WTO法律规则保持一致,这要求中国的相关法律制度必须与WTO法律规则相适应。对WTO法律规则的适应过程,不能认为仅仅是在经济层面上产生影响和发挥作用,从长远的观点看,它必将对国家和社会的关系产生深刻的影响,从而更深刻地影响我国的政治、法律、社会文化等诸多领域,并对我国政府权力行使规则的转变、政府的角色转化和定位起到推动性的作用,对行政法制文明的进步发挥促进性的功效。
