| Abstract: | We have researched clinical effect of treated 57 cases of heart-Qi deficiency and heart-Yin deficiency of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections. The results indicate Ginseng can improve angina pectorss and electrocardiogram,hemorrheogical indices,external thrombogenesis,microcirculation s'' abnormality; degrease symptom indices of heart-Qi deficiency of coronary heart disease remarkablely. But Ginseng have worse effect of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram to heart-Yin deficiency than to heart-Qi;deficiency of coronary heart disease; and symptom indices. hemorrheogical indices, external thrombogenesis, microcirculation in heart-Yin deficiency worsen. These prove there must be syndrome-differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease with Ginseng injections. |
