| Abstract: | In reforming the structure of enterprises, respecting and safeguarding workers' rights and interests are two basic elements to weight up the equality and efficiency, the success or failure of the reform. They are also the essential requirements for constructing the harmonious society. According to the survey, the situation of safeguarding workers' rights and interests in reformed enterprises in this unit is filled with half happiness and half worries, which can not be ignored. The task of safeguarding workers' rights and interests shoulders heavy responsibilities. |
