城镇化与农地竞争的分析

在经济、社会不断发展的同时,要求城镇化的水平不断提高,而目前我们在土地利用方面存在很多问题.随着我国城镇化进程的加快,客观上需要转用一定数量的耕地用作建设用地,但从我国人多地少的具体国情出发,必须引入规划手段,实行从严的耕地转用制度,以保障我国的粮食供应的安全.本文基于分析我国城镇化发展的现状,通过分析我国城镇化进程中耕地减少的问题及其原因,揭示了城镇化进程对耕地面积变动的影响.

The analysis of the competition between urbanization and farmland

With the development of economy and society,the standard of urbanization needs to be enhanced.But there are many problems about the aspects of land use.With the accelerating process of urbanization,much cultivated land must be convert to construction land to a certain extent.To the situation of our country,we have large population and small quantity of land,so we must use land use planning and carry out strict cultivated land conversion control institution to guarantee our food safety.Basing on the current situation of urbanization in China,the anthor analyses the current situation of our country's urbanization and cultivated land,and then points out the problem of cultivated land decrease in the process of urbanization and explained the reasons,reveals the effects of urbanization on the change in cultivated land area.
