| Abstract: | This paper expatiates the contents of the administrative reforms in Korea and Japan in 1990s. On this basis, it compares the differences and similarities of the administrative reforms among China, Korea and Japan, and analyses the experience and lessons worthy of learning. It has the practical significance for administrative development of China, Korea and Japan. |
