| 摘 要： | AS head of Jiangwan Village in Guangshan County, Henan Province, Wang Xuping holds another post - chairman of the Jiangwan Village Rural Land Credit Cooperative. Wang＇s new post originates from the village＇s recent land transfer reforms. In China, rural land is collectively owned; farmers own only the contractual and management rights to their land, though they can transfer the land management rights （right of use） to other farmers or economic organizations. |
