试论公安院校擒拿格斗教学中的讲解与示范

擒拿格斗是公安院校培养公安专门人才教学内容的重要组成部分 ,是警察体育学科的主要内容之一 ,是公安院校学生必须熟练掌握的重要技能。公安院校擒拿格斗教学的时数有限 ,且绝大多数学生从未进行过系统的学习和训练。在擒拿格斗教学中 ,如何运用简练的语言 ,通过讲解 ,将抽象化的、概括化的擒拿格斗技术动作要领 ,快速、准确地传授给学生 ,配合正确的示范动作 ,使学生通过直观的感知认识 ,获得正确的动作概貌 ,总结擒拿格斗动作的规律 ,是公安院校擒拿格斗教学中要解决的重要问题。

On the Explanation and Demonstration in Wrestling Teaching in Police College

Wrestling,as an important part of teaching program for the police colleges to train the professionals,is the main content of the police P.E.,and is also an important skill for the police college students to master.But the fact is that the time of wrestling is limited and most of the students do not experience systematic training.As a result,the P.E.teachers in police colleges,by imparting the main points of abstract and generalized actions swiftly and accurately with precise language,explanation and domonstration,should make the students acquire the right actions and summarize the principles of wrestling by direct perceptual recognization.
