当前大学生个案心理咨询状况研究

目前,大学生接受咨询的意愿水平逐渐提高,但咨询人数、比例与存在心理困惑的人数、比例仍存在很大缺口;大一和大三年级的求助人数显著高于其他年级;女生咨询的数量要高于男生,且咨询内容也存在性别差异;人际关系、两性交往、学业压力是大学生面临的主要心理困惑。因此,心理健康教育工作应具有针对性,重视在人际关系、学业压力和两性交往方面开展辅导,采取措施进一步提高学生的咨询意愿。

A Study on the Psychological Counseling of College Students

Currently,the will of students to accept counseling gradually increases,but the number of people who have received counseling is far less than that of the people who have mental confusion.More freshmen and junior students than those of other grades need help and more girls than boys.Furthermore the contents of consultation differ greatly according to gender.Interpersonal relations,sexual contacts and academic pressure are the major psychological confusion of the students.Therefore,mental health education should focus on the above mentioned issues and measures should be taken to promote students' will in counseling.
