| Abstract: | In order to comply with society reform,the construction of the rule of law is accordingly emerged with it.Howevere,because of the native mainland reason and actual objective condition,the construction of the rule of law deviates the original goal and is out of the scope of the prople.Analyse the reson of this situation to seek the effective way of the response. |
