| 摘 要： | 角色理论认为，行为者要扮演好相应的角色，必须具备角色意识和角色扮演能力。我国高等教育应注重培养大学生的社会主义建设者和接班人的角色意识，提高他们的角色扮演能力，从而实现我国高等教育的任务。

| Abstract: | According to the role theory, behaviorists must have consciousness of role and the ability to play different roles so as to play roles successfully. For our higher education, we should focus on developing college students＇ role consciousness to be constructers and successors of socialism and try hard to improve their ability to play the roles so as to realize the task of our high education. |
