Considerations on How to Strengthen the Fundamental Construction in Grass Roots of Public Security Organs in New Periods at the Central City Zone

The Party committee of the Ministry of Public Security fixed on the 2006 for the foundation and grass roots year of public security organs countrywide and will organize all the public organs to pay more attention to the grass roots,lay foundation for public security work and practise the basic skill hard.In order to ensure the persistent development of public security work,we must understand the necessity and objectivity of the fundamental construction in grass roots strategically and from the overall situation,look reality in the problems in the fundamental construction and analyze its reasons objectively and thoroughly,proceed with the important and hot problems,improve the level of the fundamental construction in grass roots comprehensively.
