抚州市打击艾滋病患者犯罪的做法及对策思考

抚州市临川区公安分局针对市区内艾滋病患者的犯罪特点,解决了艾滋病犯罪嫌疑人关押难、取证难、抓捕难、处置难和防范难的问题,有效地遏制了辖区内艾滋病患者的犯罪,为其他地区打击艾滋病患者犯罪提供了相关经验。同时,为预防和减少艾滋病患者犯罪的社会危害,应尽快出台相关法律法规和司法解释,建立专门的关押和收治场所,建立专项救助资金,并加强社会综合治理。

Thoughts on Performance & Countermeasure of Striking Crimes Conducted by AIDS Patient in Fu Zhong City

According to the criminal features of AIDS patients,the Police Station of Lin Chuang district in Fu Zhou have solved the difficult problems in locking up,getting evidence,arresting,disposing and preventing as to AIDS suspects,have prevented effectively the crimes of AIDS patients in its policing district and provided relevant expe-rience to the other areas.meanwhile,in order to prevent and reduce the social harm of crimes conducted by AIDS patients,the government should work out relevant laws and rules and judicial explainations,should build special places for locking up or accepting AIDS patients for treatment,should set up special fund to help them,and should strengthen social complex administration.
