| Abstract: | There exist many problems in the criminal amendments in China such as revising them frequently,determining accusation lagging and expressing article,paragraph and items not clearly.We should take some measures to improve them,including determining accusation and revising articles in the meantime,giving numbers to articles amended and adopting new expressive methods and so on. |
