| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的不断深入,中国的劳动关系日益复杂多变,由行政化的利益一体型通过利益分化向市场化的利益协调型转变。劳动关系的重大变革,要求工会就劳动就业、工资分配和社会保障等职工劳动经济权益保障面临的主要问题,有针对性地提出工会维权的工作目标。
