| 摘 要： | 中美两国的警察行政监察制度和对策具有互补性,美国各地警方在推行廉政建设、遏制违法违纪特别是腐败行为的对策主要表现在注重职业道德和行为规范建设、注重严格执行法纪、注重全面监督、注重高薪养廉等方面。与之相比,我国的警察监察制度既有优势,又有不足,从美国警察的行政监察战略和措施中可以得到一些有益的启示。
