| Abstract: | After our country subscribes and joins a series of pacts of human rights,it is an urgent affair to consider how to make them link with the national laws.Starting with the right to liberty,this essay analyzes the current situation in our country,and through comparing with the international standards,thus finding out the disparities and putting forward some original opinions on the pre-trial detention system. |
