| 摘 要： | 对于商业秘密侵权的救济,存在着许多法律救济方法,其中民事法律救济起着重要的作用。世界各国或地区都制定了适应本国或地区发展的法律救济制度,考虑到我国商业秘密保护具有特殊的法律属性,应该进行比较和鉴别,建立和完善符合我国实际情况的、包括诉讼前后的、完整的民事法律救济保护体系。

| Abstract: | There are several ways in which remedy for infringement of trade secret is available, and among them is civil remedy, which plays an important role. Different remedy systems have been built to meet the development of different countries and regions of the world. Considering that protection of trade secret in China has special legal attributes, we should make comparisons and differentiations before we can build a comprehensive civil legal remedy protection system, including pre- and post-litigation, to meet the actual situation of our country. |
