| 摘 要： | 股票期权的作用机理决定其有效条件,不同的经济环境和发展水平产生不同的实施模式。国内外股票期权的实施模式存在明显差异,在引进股票期权实现长期激励,促进经济发展的过程中,需要从形式上加以调整以适应自身的经济状况,关注点更多集中于避开法律法规的限制,利用现有的市场、经济制度,达到长期激励的目的。

| Abstract: | The function mechanism of the stock option of the summary determined its effective terms,different economic environments and development level produced different implementation modes.The obvious difference exists in the implementation mode of the domestic and international stock option.The stock option needs to be adjusted in order to adapt to one's own economic situation in form when realizing encouraging for a long time,and promote it in the course of economic development.The more attention concentrates on avoiding the restrictions of the laws and regulations utilize the existing market,economic system,achieve the goal of encouraging for a long time. |
