| Abstract: | There are similarities and differences between the suspicious files in civil proceedings and the file evidence in criminal cases from the point view of judicial expertise. With the factors that constitute suspicious files as a starting point, the author studies the facture and characteristics of this kind of files to widen the methods of investigation and probation. |
