The challenges that public safety colleges face are mainly from student's source market and quality, from graduate employment market, and from education source and market. There are also many maladjustments existing in themselves, those are: old-fashioned school-running concepts and management pattern; uninformed and less-developed major construction, teaching contents and methods; unreasonable and low-leveled teaching staff; being short of school-running finance and out-of-date teaching facilities.
