氯乙烯球罐的火灾爆炸危险性分析与控制

摘    要:通过定性分析,辨识了VCM球罐发生火灾、爆炸事故的潜在危险因素,确定了相应的危险等级,然后以“VCM储罐火灾、爆炸”为顶事件建立了事故树,由布尔代数方程求出了28个二阶最小割集,20个三阶最小割集,并计算出各基本事件的结构重要度系数。在定量分析中,计算了VCM球罐破裂后的燃烧区、毒害区大小,提出了相应的措施以提高VCM球罐安全运行的可靠性。

Abstract:By qualitative analysising, all lateen dangerous factors of VCM spheroid fired blasted accident are identificated and the dangerous grades are definited. The fault tree with failure of VCM spheroid fired and blasted as the top subject was established in the paper. Twenty-eight 2th minimum cutsets and twenty 3th minimum cutsets have been acquired by Boolean equation. The chief degree coefficient of each elemantary events structuer has been acquired too. Through quantitative caculating, the range of fire and poison which will generate arfter the VCM spheroid broken has been predicated, and the measures of running reliability of the VCM spheroid were presented in the paper.
