| 摘 要： | 在灵活就业中,劳动者被侵犯合法权益的现象时有发生。本文从法律法规的角度分析了政府在灵活就业人员劳动保障机制上的缺位问题,在规范与完善劳务市场制度、用工制度和社会福利保障制度等方面提出了建议。
