| 摘 要： | 2010年8月28日出台了《中华人民共和国人民调解法》,引发了学界有必要对于大调解的热议.大调解纠纷解决机制产生于特殊的时代背景,既有其正当性的一面,也存在种种问题.如果将大调解机制的功能重新定位为解决纠纷,同时对大调解机制的组成部分有效衔接,并制定统一的调解法,从而完善我国的纠纷解决体系.
