| 摘 要： | 法学教育中的实践教学不仅可以培养法科学生的司法实践能力,还可以为法科学生积累宝贵的司法实践经验,在法学教育中极其重要:首先,针对理工科院校法学教学长期与实践脱节,过分偏重于理论教学的现象,加强实践教学,培养学生的综合素质、实践能力和创新能力是当今高校教育教学改革的主题和重心.
