The national interest,as a starting point of constructing the international strategic system,is a diversified compound which includes the three dimensions of class interest,national interest and the interest of the entire human race.In the development of socialism we have got disastrous lessons in recognizing and dealing with the relationships among the class interest,national interest and the interest of the entire human race.In the era of globalization,we are supposed to reflect and take the lessons in dealing with the three interests in the past so as to set up a new framework to deal with them.
