公务员在培训中的主动性问题研究

摘    要:公务员培训能否取得成效,关键在于能否提高公务员的主动性。而当前公务员培训中存在着诸多问题,培训效果不明显, 其原因之一就是公务员在培训中的主动性和积极性没有充分调动起来。因此,必须采取各种有效措施,提高公务员参与培训的主动 性和积极性,提高培训的效果和质量。

Abstract:A successful training of public servants depends on arousing the initiative of public servants. But now there are many problems in the training of public servants of China. One of the most important reason is that public servants are not very active in the training. So we should take all effective measures to make the public servants be active in the training and raise the results of the training.
