| 摘 要： | 中俄建立战略协作伙伴关系是两国正确的历史选择。感情基础和物质基础是充实和深化这一关系的两个基本支柱。扩大人文交流增强双方信任度，加大双边经贸和科技合作力度、促进共同的经济发展和产业结构升级，必将有利于两国战略协作伙伴关系的发展。

| Abstract: | That China and Russia have established a strategic cooperation partnership is historically a correct choice. The attachment and economic bases are the cornerstone of their relationship to be replenished and deepened. To broaden the humane interchange, promote each other's trust, strengthen the bilateral cooperation in economy, trade and high techniques for the mutual development of economy and upgrade of industrial structure are bound to give an impetus to development of the two countries' strategic partnership. |
