Discussion on forensic expert adviser and questioning of forensic conclusions

Based on the Science of Evidence,this paper points out that the conclusion of forensic medicine is a science evidence based on the viewpoint of studies of evidence and that its questioning is necessary and important whether in civil action or in criminal trial. Due to the professional nature of forensic conclusion,it is important to both sides of the charge and dispute as well as to the court retaining an expert adviser of forensic medicine who helps the questioning of the forensic conclusion.
