法官职业化的困境——以西部基层法院为视角

法官职业化建设,是确保法官素质、实现司法公正的前提。其职业化是由法官工作的性质决定的,职业化意味着精英化,意味着法官素质一体化。但由于我国幅员辽阔,经济不发达的地区职业化和精英化缺乏基本的物质基础等因素的影响,使得这一问题在西部基层法院更为突出,法官职业化在西部基层法院面临的困难重重。

The professionalization of judge, decided by his/her work nature, which means not only the participation Of the elites, but also the integration of the judge＇s qualities. Its construction isthe prerequisite to ensure the quality of judges and to realize the judicial fair. However, the vast size in territory and a lack of fundamental material supply have made the professionalization and elitism in the underdeveloped areas become more and more serious, especially in western grass--roots courts. Therefore, judges＇ professionalization faces much more difficulties in western grass--roots courts.
