课内外一体化教学促进健美操课程改革的试验研究

对河北工业大学07、08级健美操试验班的学生进行调查,结果表明,学生对健美操专项课的需求是多层次和多样化的,对简单易学、场地器械要求不高的形体姿态操和大众健美操非常喜爱;同时对较时尚、充满活力的街舞和拉丁健美操、竞技健美操大部分学生渴望学习。针对我校健美操专项课的现状,认为在教学内容上还需适当调整,加大对健美操课外俱乐部的支持力度,进一步满足学生的求知欲。
