我国民族自治地方政府能力提升与公共服务创新

我国是一个统一的多民族国家,目前民族自治地方发展现状要求当地政府尽快提升政府能力。民族自治地方政府能力的提升有利于促进区域经济的发展、有利于促进全国和谐社会的构建。文章在对影响和制约民族自治地方政府能力的原因进行分析的基础上,提出应该从树立正确绩效观、合理增加财政收入和加强地方治理几个方面着手,不断提高民族自治地方政府能力,实现公共服务创新。

Ways to Heighten Ability of Local Governments in National Autonomous Areas and to Bring Forth New Ideas in Public Service

Ours is a unitary multinational country,and the present development of national autonomous areas requires local governments to heighten their ability as soon as possible.Heightening the ability of the governments benefits local economic development and the building of a harmonious society.Having analysed the factors affecting the governments' ability,the article puts forward the ideas of acquiring a correct concept of performance,of increasing financial income and of strengthening local-governments as ways to constantly heighten the ability of local governments in national autonomous areas and to innovate in public service.
