印度农村劳动力转移问题及其对我国的启示

本文指出印度农村劳动力无法有效向城市非农产业转移，是印度主要的劳动力转移问题，并指出不适宜的工业化战略、农业生产效率很低，劳动力文化素质不高等因素，是导致印度农村劳动力无法有效转移的主要原因。然后，运用托达罗模型从理论上进一步深入剖析了印度的劳动力转移问题。最后指出了我国从中得到的启示。

The Transfer of Rural Labor in India and its Implications for China

This paper firstly points out that India's leading labor issue is that the rural labor force can not effectively transfer to urban non-agricultural industries. The reasons for this are diversified from the inappropriate industrialization strategy,the low agricultural productivity to the poor education the labours received.
