有组织犯罪侦查主体比较研究

至上世纪90年代,我国的有组织犯罪侦查工作也基本上能适应我国有组织犯罪的发展。然而,随着我国有组织犯罪的发案数量、社会破坏性的迅速增加,以及跨国有组织犯罪对我国的影响和渗透逐步扩大,现有的侦查主体之设置模式已经不能适应我国有组织犯罪的发展。应分析西方主要国家有组织犯罪侦查主体的基础上,结合我国的打击有组织犯罪的实际情况,提出改革我国有组织犯罪侦查主体的建议。

A Comparative Study on the Subject of Organized Crime Investigation

As one of the top three crimes in the world,organized crime is intensely destructive to the society and has always been severely stricken and controlled by all the countries.It is until 1990s that organized crime investigation in China has become adapted to the development of organized crime.However,with the rapid increase of organized crime,social destructiveness,and the growing influence of transnational organized crime to China,the setting mode of our existing investigation subject cannot adapt to the evolution of the organized crime.Therefore,on the basis of a comparative analysis of the investigation subject in major western countries,this article by combining the actual situation in China puts forward some proposals to reform the investigation subject.
