Reform and development of international conventions on intellectual property and intellectual property law in china

As one of the most important agreements, TRIPs has been questioned and challenged from traditional knowledge and lntemet application since China joined WTO ten years ago. Based on the descripts of the development of International Intellectual Property Conventions and Chinese Intellectual Property legal system, this article deeply analyses the challenges and the trend, interprets the amendments of Chinese Intellectual Property Law and the prospective analysis for the future amendment of Chinese Trademark Law.
