| 摘 要： | 当前影响我国社会稳定的因素大量存在,并呈蔓延之势。其形成既有社会变革、社会转型等客观方面的因素,也有党和政府的控制能力弱化,公安政法机关发挥不力等主观方面的原因。认真分析其主要原因,研究寻找解决对策,对于维护国家的长治久安,实现党中央提出的全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标具有十分重要的意义。
