| Abstract: | Due to the wide spread social influence of juvenile delinquency,it becomes important to deal with those minors by changing ways and means based on legal principles and procedures,and in accordance with their characteristics.Such changes might be realized by applying dynamic judiciary through omnibearning prevention and reintegration. |
