| 摘 要： | 警察行政执法是其执法活动的重要组成部分,目前我国公安机关在治安行政执法活动中存在着种种＂失效性＂的现象。造成这些现象的原因是多方面的。为此,应采取相应的措施以提高警察治安行政执法的有效性,使得公安机关能够更好地履行自身职责,维护社会治安。
