学科增定背景下的警察法学解构与重构

多年来,我国警察法学研究进路虽时有调整但学科发展亦日趋繁荣。在公安学（警察学）已确定为法学门类下一级学科的前提下,警察法学归属于法学和公安学（警察学）的二级交叉学科独立生存和发展,既体现了学科的历史传承性,又为自身发展打下了坚实基础,拓展了发展空间。按照这样的学科定位,警察法学的研究对象应当界定为警察法律现象及其发展规律。就学科体系而言,警察法学应当包括警察法学基础理论、警察组织法等七部分内容。

Over the years,researches on police law show features of both occasional adjustment and increasing prosperity.The science of public security is an immediate subject under the science of law,the police law should go under the science of public security.The research objects of police law should be the phenomena and development of police law.Police law should include the basic theory of the police law,the police organization law etc.
