| 摘 要： | 随着我国大力加强与推进社会主义新农村建设,做好农村法治工作,从根本上解决农村社会治安问题,对于建设社会主义新农村有着基础性和战略性的意义。但现在我国广大农村社会治安形势依然十分严峻,存在着诸多影响社会稳定与和谐的治安问题,这在某种程度上影响了社会主义新农村的建设与和谐农村的构建。农村社会治安问题的产生并非一朝一夕,因此对农村社会治安问题的解决也不是短期能够实现的。必须在清楚认识农村治安问题产生的原因之后,通过改善农村法律体制来有效地实现这一目标。

| Abstract: | With the great efforts to strengthen and promote the new socialist countryside construction, it is of basic and strategic significance to find a fundamental solution to solve the problems of social order in rural areas. But now the situation is still very grim. There are so many problems influencing the stabilization and harmony of society. This article studies the problems in the rural society from the manifestation, the reason and the measures to solve the problems in the new situation. |
