个体安全与保安服务业发展研究

随着我国市场经济的迅速发展，中国国民的生活水平有了普遍而明显的提高，公民对个人安全需求也随之提高。然而我国现有的安全需求机制尚不能满足少部分人提出的特殊安全需求。为此，开放个体安全保安服务领域，重视各种组织机构在个人安全问题解决中的作用，弥补政府防控体系的不足，将能够更进一步促进与保障个体安全，满足个体安全需求，同时完善保安服务结构，加快保安服务发展步伐，促进职业化进程。

On Personal Safety and Development of Private Security Service

With the rapid development of market economy in China, the national standard of living has been greatly improved, and so has the requirement of personal safety by the public. However, our country＇s existing security mechanism cannot meet the specific safety requirements by some people. Therefore, opening private security service field and encouraging various organizations to take their role in personal safety area might be a solution both to make up for the insufficiency of the prevention and control system by the government and to promote and safeguard personal safety. In so doing, requirements for personal safety will be satisfied and private Security service system further promoted.
