| 摘 要： | 党的制度建设是党自身建设中带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性的重大问题。从建党之初到十一届三中全会前,中国共产党制度建设经历了从初步创设、有益探索到制度危机的曲折轨迹;十一届三中全会后,中国共产党走出制度危机,走上了依靠制度创新、加强党的建设的新路,初步形成了一个较为完整的党内制度体系。总结90年来党的制度建设的经验教训,继续推进党的制度创新必须注重制度的系统性、配套性,注意制度之间的有机衔接;必须注重制度的针对性和可操作性;必须警惕党内潜规则的滋生和蔓延。
