| Abstract: | When we discuss the feasibility of "encouraging honesty with high salary", we can't just discuss it without considering its external conditions. To create a good external environment for the practice of "encouraging honesty with high salary", we must construct a guaranteeing system helpful to the environment of "encouraging honesty with high salary". It is possible to conduct the practice of "encouraging honesty with high salary" provided that all the conditions composing this system exist simultaneously in a certain country and a certain society. |
