摘    要:随着社会的发展,人类进入知识经济时代,人力资源在企业中提升到重要地位,营销人员的综合素质对企业的发展 至关重要。营销人员应具备的基本素质是:优秀的公众形象,坚实的知识基础,良好的心理素质和卓越的六种能力。我国的营销队 伍素质还有待提高,营销人员的培训应该加强。

Abstract:With the development of society, the mankind enters era of knowledge-driven economy, the manpower resources are risen to the important status in enterprises, marketing personnel's overall qualities are essential to development of enterprises. Marketing basic qualify that person should possess: Outstanding public image, solid knowledge foundation, good psychological quality and six kinds of remarkable ability. Team's quality of marketing of our country still remains to improve, the training of marketing personnel should be strengthened.
