| 摘 要： | 中国改革始干农村。从1978年到2008年30年间，中国农村经历了四个阶段的变革，取得了举世瞩目的成就。当前中国农村正处于综合改革时期。要从农民增收、土地制度改革、基层政府改革以及农村社会保障等方面进一步深化农村改革。
