| 摘 要： | 社会中介组织的兴起引发了我国传统行政法学的一系列问题。比如:社会中介组织是否能成为行政主体并受行政法调整,是否具有行政诉讼被告资格等,本文主要就从上述几个方面入手进行探讨,主张确认中介组织的行政主体地位,并将其纳入行政法调整范围。

| Abstract: | The increasing development of social agency o rganization results a series of problems: Is the social agency organization an a dministrative law subject? Should the agency organization be adjusted by adminis trative law?The cases resulted by agency organization are always excluded by ad ministrative litigation. This article brings forward some rational thoughts abo ut the social agency organization mainly begins from analyzing these problems wh ich we motions above. |
