| 摘 要： | 服刑人员未成年子女社会保护是一个不容忽视的社会问题。保护服刑人员未成年子女的合法权益是一个系统工程,是全社会的职责,各有关部门要充分发挥职能作用,密切合作,协调联动,形成合力,共同担负起维护这一特殊弱势群体合法权益的重任。

| Abstract: | The protection of prisoners' underage children is a social question that cannot be ignored.Protecting the legal rights and benefits of the prisoners' underage children is a systematic project and duty of the whole society.Departments concerned should fully play their functions,cooperate closely and harmoniously to pool efforts in undertaking the essential task of maintaining legal rights and benefit of this special weak group. |
